Beyond work
Builder and operator at heart.
I'm a 30-year-old engineer based in Oradea, Romania. I see myself less as "just an engineer" and more as a builder and operator, someone who enjoys creating products, systems and businesses from the ground up, then optimizing them until they run smoothly.
Leadership is the other half of that work. I care deeply about building teams, cultures and processes that actually deliver, and I'm increasingly focused on helping other founders and engineering leaders do the same.
Outside of work I train CrossFit three times a week and have an 8-year background in competitive water polo. Married, focused on a balanced life: career, business and personal growth in equal measure. I work in English, Hungarian and Romanian, across two regulatory environments.
